Good for pharmacy students

Taking pathophysiology in pharmacy school, this was a wonderful book. It was so detailed, and supplemented the lectures with material. For me, reading helps me understand the material and put the big picture together. It explains in more detail certain aspects the professors went over in class that help me learn. The pictures are in color. The book I got was a paperback, but I did not mind that. Really, this is a great human physiology book that I would recommend any student to consider as a supplemental book or for a professor to consider as a required reading book. It definitely helped me study.

I rented this book and was very satisfied and impressed that I will continue renting my books from Amazon! Price was great and it was easy to do! The book was in perfect shape and I saved a tremendous amount of money by not having to purchase the book!

I purchased this book over this past summer and it was sent to me just fine, already in a binder, which I loved. However, toward the end of the semester we were learning from a specific unit in this book, and when I began to study this unit, I found that the textbook was missing 40-some pages that were crucial to the unit we were studying. I would not have been aware of this until we reached this point in the semester during class, and when I requested a return the seller was not even sympathetic to the fact that I paid asking price for a book that was missing an entire section of my class material. The seller said they would not accept a return because it was so far after the return period, which I can understand. I'm just disappointed that now I can't even give this book to another student because they'll be missing a whole unit and will feel the same way I do now. All I wanted to do was send it back, hoping the seller would feel some sympathy that I paid a lot of money for a book that wasn't complete. But that was not the case, and I am now left with an incomplete textbook.
