About the Author
CAROL PADGETT is a lecturer in finance at the ICMA Centre, University of Reading, UK, where she teaches on the MSc programmes. She has also taught on a wide range of degree programmes and short courses for the Open University. She holds degrees from the Universities of Reading and York and her research interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance.
